These terms cover your use of ELDT Systems at eldt.systems, the ELDT Systems app and eldt.app, made by ELDT.Courses ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. Your school's agreement with us also applies to your school's account.

Your account

Keep your username and PIN private. Don't share them or use someone else's.
Your school controls who has access and what each person can see and change.
Tell your school or us right away if you think someone else has used your sign-in.

Your school's records

Your school owns the records it puts into ELDT Systems. The school is responsible for making sure its records are true and complete and that it follows the training, licensing and record-keeping rules that apply to it. ELDT Systems helps with checklists, warnings and state rule summaries. These are aids, not legal advice. The school remains responsible for its own compliance.

Fair use

Don't use the service to break the law, enter false training records, try to reach another school's records, or interfere with the service or its security.

The service

We work hard to keep ELDT Systems available and accurate, and we keep improving it. The service is provided "as is." We may change features over time. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will help.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
