CDL practice tests that teach, not just test
Every answer explains the reason and shows where the rule comes from. Practice follows your state's test. And it tells you when you're ready, so you don't find out at the DMV.
Coming to Android and iPhone. Made by ELDT.Courses, an FMCSA-registered training provider.
Practice the way an instructor would teach it
Built by a CDL instructor who has been teaching since July 2016, after 10 years driving a truck and 10 years recruiting and dispatching drivers.
Every answer has a source
Right or wrong, you see why, with the federal rule or manual section it comes from. You learn the reason, not just the letter.
Your state's test
Pick your state and practice the way it tests: its number of questions and passing score, with the state differences pointed out.
Drills your weak spots
It notices what you keep missing and brings those questions back in new ways until they stick.
A "ready to test" score
Not just a percent. It tells you when you are likely ready to pass, and what to study first if you're not.
Works with no signal
Study on a break, in the truck or anywhere. Your progress catches up when you're back online.
Every permit test
General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Combination vehicles, plus the endorsement tests.
Your school's name on every screen
Students join with your school's code or QR. From then on they see your name, your logo and your colors, and you see their progress: who's ready, who's stuck, and what your class keeps missing.
One app, not 200 copies. Every partner school gets its own branded version and its own link, inside one app.

Questions
When will it be ready?
We're building it now. Get on the early access list and we'll email you the day it's ready.
Which phones will it work on?
Android phones (from the Google Play Store and from eldt.app) and iPhones. On a computer, it will work in any web browser.
Does it replace ELDT theory training?
No. These are practice tests for the state CDL knowledge (permit) tests. Entry-level driver training (ELDT) theory is separate required training that must come from a provider listed on FMCSA's Training Provider Registry. ELDT.Courses is one, at eldt.courses.
Will my school see my results?
Only if you join with your school's code, and the app tells you so before you do. Without a code, your results are yours alone.
