Delete my account

How to remove your account or your school's data.

This page explains how to delete an account or data in ELDT Systems (the ELDT Systems app by ELDT.Courses).

Students and trainers

  1. Ask your school's office or admin to remove your account. Admins can do this in the app.
  2. Or send us a deletion request with your name, email and school's web name. We confirm it with your school and reply within 30 days.

School owners: delete your whole school

Email terry@eldt.courses from the email address you signed up with, or use the support form. After we confirm with you, we permanently delete the school's database: all students, trainers, lessons, signatures, photos, documents and settings. Download anything you need to keep first (Download scores, audit binders). This cannot be undone.

What is deleted, and what may be kept

  • Deleted: your sign-in (username and PIN) and the personal details tied to it.
  • May be kept by your school: training records your school must keep by law. For example, entry-level driver training providers must keep training records for at least three years (49 CFR 380.725). In that case your sign-in is removed and the records stay with the school until they may be deleted.
  • Backups: server backups roll off on their regular schedule, and are not used for anything else.

Remove the app from your phone

Android: press and hold the ELDT Systems icon, then tap Uninstall. iPhone: press and hold the icon, then tap Remove App. Removing the app clears the copy of your records on that phone. It does not delete your account.
